David is a dressage rider and trainer based in the South East of Kent. The need for a new website was identified by David when he realised that it was not producing any meaningful results. As well as that, David wanted to streamline his processes, try to get back the time he was spending on admin and generate more leads for bookings for his clinics. Communication was overwhelming having to juggle WhatsApp/emails/message and social media DMs. He didn't have a simple and easy way to manage his client information and felt that he was loosing opportunities to gain new clients and stay in touch with existing ones.

We started working with David by doing a full business audit to find the gaps in his current set up. We redesigned his website so that his services were showcased and brought his clinic bookings online so that clients could book in themselves without having to wait for a response from David who was busy training! We integrated our marketing system into the website to capture leads and store them in our user friendly client management portal. This allows David to communicate with anyone that has interacted with his business from one place.

Our marketing system collates all inbound communication into one easy to use app on his phone so that he can still stay on top of things, but knows that all of his bookings, reminders and confirmations are being done automatically in the background. Each new client receives an automated review request to continually improve the reputation of the business so he can focus on his clients. By doing this, David can seamlessly send his monthly newsletter out to his clients and leads each month with a few simple clicks, keeping his audience engaged and returning for lessons.

Since working with Workhorse David has been able to add a new clinic to his diary due to demand, significantly reduced his no-show rate and his training livery is fully booked. All whilst saving time on admin and automating the 'boring bits!'
